Just unsubscribe to the OHVINTON-L, and subscribe to the OHVINTON-D list. You will still receive all messages but you will get them all at one time the following morning. It has really cut down on the number of messages I receive. I also switch from -L (list) to -D(digest) listing on the when I am planning to leave on vacation (and switch back when I return) for the ones I want to receive on the list. I never check my e-mail messages during this time.
