Ancestry has always contacted me first. This past year, they contacted me BOTH by e-mail and by phone. Perhaps some of you changed your e-mail address and didn't give them the change. Then they tried to contact you by phone, but you don't answer blocked calls or have privacy manager OR your phone number changed -- so they cannot get in touch with you. No, they still shouldn't have charged your card, but just wanted to mention other things that might have happened........
