Matt not that I know of now. I printed off your note JUST in case something comes along. Jesse came from Va. That is all we know. And his year of birth was 1809 d 1881 so we have no idea of his siblings etc. I did notice a William Collins in a very early Clinton Twp. census tho. I think it was 1820. And there are some very early land records for Collins in Vinton Co. but so far I have no connection there. Start with the land records and work back.. Susie
