I have belonged to ancestry. Com for several years now and they call me each and every time and ask if I would like to renew so I dot know what is happening to others. I have 2 different subscriptions and they are renew at separate times and they call each time. Just letting you know that it isn't all bad. I belong to Ancestry now and have for years. They have NEVER renewed anything without asking me first. I, too have two different subscriptions and they are renewed at different times and they call each time. I think there service is great and very useful.
