Jonathan RADCLIFF (1773-1839) seems to have been the first Radcliff in Vinton County. Sarah CASTOR (1791-1850) was his wife and they had 7 children. Jonathan was born in Harrison Co., (W)VA, son of John Radcliff. Sarah's pob unknown but had Welsh ancestry.
