Townships are responsible for mowing all cemeteries, Vinton has trouble getting any money to do the extras needed. I found a cemetery restoration project underway in Pickaway county last month where they are resetting old toppled stones onto deep concrete bases. I'ts the first time I've seen this done. There was a cemetery in Hocking county where someone bulldozed the stones away and put up a trailer park. R. Morgan
