Item Second I herby give and devise to my beloved wife Maria Cassill all of my house hold goods and furniture of all kinds which I may own or be in the possession of at the time of my death to be held and enjoyed by her during her natural life and after her death I hereby direct the same to be given to my Daughter Sarah Cassill. Item Third I hereby give and devise to my Grandchild Abraham Hofines, son of Voss & Polly Hoffines, twenty-five dollars to be paid to him by my Executor as hereafter named. Item Fourth I hereby give and devise to my Grand Dughter Sarah Maria Hoffines, daughter of Voss & Polly Hoffines, twenty-five dollars to be paid to her by my Executor as herafter named. Item Fifth I hereby give and devise to Elizabeth Hoffines my daughter and wife of Henry Hoffines fifty dollars to be paid to her out of my Estate by my Executor as hereafter named. Item Sixth I hereby give and devise to Catherine Rainy my Daughter and wife of Hiram Rainey the sum of one hundred dollars out of my Estate to be paid to her by my Executor as hereafter directed. Item Seventh It is my will and I hereby direct that the balance that may remain of all my personal property after paying the foregoing legacies be Equally devided between my two sons Anthony Cassill and Allen Cassill and my daughter Sarah Cassill, one third to each. Item Eighth I hereby give and devise to my son Allen Cassill all the real estate of which I am possessed situated in the County of Vinton and State of Ohio and decribed as follows to wit A part of the North East Quarter of Section Thirty six township number nine in range number eighteen containing one hundred and twenty acres. Also the North East Quarter of the South East Quarter containing forty acres. The North West Quarter of the South East Quarter containing forty acres. The South East Quarter of the South East Quarter containing forty acres all situated in said section number thirty six township number nine and range number 18. And also the West Half of the South West Quarter of section number six township number ten and range number 17 containing one hundred acres. To be held and enjoyed by him subject to the provision hereafter made as to the support of my beloved wife Maria Cassill and Sarah Cassill during thier natural lives. Item Ninth I hereby direct my Executor hereafter named to collect and receive ?sufficient? of the growing crops that may be raised upon the aforesaid lands or of the rents and profits of the same to support my said wife Maria and daughter Sarah in a decent and respectable manner so long as they or either of them shall ?love/have? and to appropriate the same to their support and I hereby direct my said son Allen Cassill to provide for my said wife and daughter Sarah and see that they do not suffer or lack comfortable food, clothing, medicine so long as they may live and in case he should fail to provide for them as aforesaid I hereby direct my said Executor to take the full possession of all the aforesaid lands and retain the same during the life of my said wife and daughter and to provide for them as aforesaid. Item Tenth In the event of the death of my said son Allen Cassill without heirs of his body, I hereby bequeath and devise all of the aforesaid lands to my said son Anothony Cassill and to his heirs.
