    2. For those who are miles away from their birthplace, Ohio, I believe we need all of the information possible for serious genies. National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution have a website and it is easy to search the sites in the various Societies. It works for us and so far I have not seen a way you can move from one County site to another without spending an inordinate time in your search. Has OGS set up a system to make the job easier? Jim McCafferty, former Buckeye born in Columbus, OH. Most of my relatives came from Vinton County, my great grandfather, my grand father and my father. All had the McCafferty surname and their first name was James.

    3. The OGS has a wonderful website and it has all the chapters listed and if the chapter has a website you can connect to it. They also give the chapters address and meeting day and time and location and email address if available. Marjorie L.
