Obit Edens Kirkendall Dies At 87 Years One of Vinton county's oldest residents, Edens Kirdendall of Tarr Farm, died at the age of 87 years Monday. Funeral services are to be held at 2 o'clock this Wednesday afternoon, at the Tarr Farm school house, where Mr Kirkendall was a member of the board of education, and the interment will be in the Tarr Farm cemetery. Elder A B Kirdendall will officiate at the funeral rites, and W W Tinker is funeral director. Surviving the deceased are his wife, Margaret, and the following children: S. E. of McArthur, O. P. of Morgantown, W. VA, Mrs E Brear, Wichita Kansas, Mrs C Graves, Fort Worth, Tex, E A of Baker, Ore, Floyd, San Benita, Tex, Clyde, Mrs William Parry, and Mrs H L Phillip, of Clinton township, Mrs Francis Erwin, Glouster, and Mrs W C Matthews, Oakdale, Penn.
