SOURCE: Obituary from McArthur Democrat Enquirer October 8, 1930 "William Augustus Warner wasborn at Vinton Furnace, February 23, 1864 and departed from this life at Dundas on September 24, 1930 at the age of sixty six yars, seven months and one day.. He was united in marriage to Miss Celia Sadler February 1887. To this union were born three children: Harvey now deceased, Naomi wife of H.S. Penrod and Audrea wife of B.H. Smith both of Chillicothe. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, four grandchildren, two sisters Mrs Susan Ward of Hamden and Mrs Elizabeth Mayhan of Bicknell, Indiana; two brothers Edward of Dundas and Philip of McCunebille, besides many other relatives and a host of friends to mourn their loss. At the age of forty three he united with the United Brethren church of Dundas and has since remained an active and loyal servant of the Lord."
