    3. Hi Randy, A later obit in the same paper gives some more detailed information on her and her birthplace. Kriebel and Cribble were interchanged often in the old records, but you probably already know that <g>. Thanks much for posting your obits. I hope this additional one helps, too. !OBITUARY: "McArthur Democrat Enquirer"; Vinton County, Ohio; published Wednesday, July 18, 1923. Information from Obituary: "Arabella, daughter of David and Mary WOMELDORF CRIBBLE was born at Butler County, Pennsylvania, Feb 1, 1851, and departed this life July 7, 1923, aged 72 years, 5 months, 6 days. She was united in marriage to John EBERTS December 23, 1866, and to this union were born fifteen children: ten sons and five daughters. Two sons and three daughters have preceded her in death. She gave her heart to Jesus and united with the United Brethern [sic] Church several years ago and followed in the Masters footsteps till death. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and children whom she so faithfully cared for. She leaves to mourn their loss eight sons and two daughters, forty-five grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren, besides other relatives and friends. MOTHER Mother is the dearest word, The ear has ever heard The saddest hour of the heart Is when with mother we must part. A mother's love we never forget, Her voice we hear it yet. You fell asleep dear mother, With a smile upon your face And the light upon your forehead shows you had found a fairer place. It is hard to give you up dear mother! But we feel you are at rest, We know God loved you and his will is for the best." -----Original Message----- From: Randy Sue McKeever [mailto:nan1880@hotmail.com] Sent: Saturday, January 22, 2005 3:16 PM To: OHVINTON-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [OHVINTON-L] KREIBEL EBERTS obit SOURCE: McArthur Democrat Enquirer July 11, 1923 Vinton County Newspaper "Mrs Arabella Eberts" "Mrs. Arabella Eberts, age 72 died at the home of her son Harry Eberts at Tarr Farm last Saturday night.
