Lois, Any clue is worth checking into! I've been trying to tie her into Jeremiah and Elizabeth Kilbourne Cox's family and am not getting anywhere with that. She could well have migrated thru between census taking and married William Ratcliff. She could have stayed and her family moved on. Thanks, Judy
