The Vinton County's Teachers' Instittue fund is reported to be in financially good condition. In agreeable contradiction to the custom of Democratic county treasurers in the State, J. P. Canty, the Treasurer of Vinton county, last week turned over the office to his official successor with every cent of the public funds accounted for.
