Looking for the info on the Hartley's in Wilksville, Vinton, OH, and the maiden name of Sarah A. b 1863 d 1946 the wife of Hiram Kiser Hartley b 1847 d 1910. Anna Hartley is listed in my Great Grandmother Elizabeth A. (Miller) Dickerson's (b June 1861) obituary in 1930 as a sister. Thanks, Karen
