I found Samuel King's farm listed on an 1856 map of Newton Twp, but cannot find any information about the family. I've put a call in to a local historian, just waiting for her to call me back. Farmhouse may still be there, weather permitting, I'll drive by this weekend and see. Right now we have inches of ice....so we'll see! I will keep digging and keep you posted.
