There is none listed between 1900 and 1925 in the indices. I had also checked for deaths in the local indices (1867-1908) before the State began keeping records in October 1908, and in the online State records beginning in 1908 - all without success. However, the State records tend to be a bit spotty in the first few years, so it *is* possible that her death went unrecorded. There was no listing for either James Bailey family (Rosanna or Margaret) in the 1910 Census for Trumbull Co. Nor any listing for a Wilson Bailey or Wilson Miller in the Draft Registration records for WWI in Ohio (or WWII, but he may have been dead by then). I really thought you had something with the obit for James from 1936 until I saw his wife's name. Then again, it mentioned only nieces and nephews as survivors, which means that Fred & Wilson would have already have been dead. I'm afraid the only other suggestion I have is to check City Directories and Cemetery listings when I get to Trumbull County. That may be a few weeks. This certainly *is* frustrating! I don't think a family could have been any more successful in avoiding location via public records if they had actually been *trying* to hide!! Dave W.
