I have check your Provic/Provich surname and do not find it listed in the historic Brownwood Cemetery internments. http://northbloomfieldohio.homestead.com/ You may quite easily find the death record for your Ohio ancestor using the pilot search program at www.familysearch.org The records are available for free, and you can probably learn the name of the cemetery from the death certificate.
