William Cowden b. 27 Sept 1797, Trumbull, OH, married abt. 1824 an Almira Day b. 12 May 1801 VT. Their first four children were born in Ohio according to census records. They moved to Henderson Co., Illinois bef. 1840. William died in 1844 and Almira died in 1874 in Henderson Co. Would someone be willing to check for their marriage in the Trumbull Co. Mariage Index for me? I have found Cowdens in Trumbull, but as yet I have not been able to connect them to my William. Does anyone have a connection to William Cowden or Almira Day?
