I don't have your Sophia Williams, b. c1810, but I have an Elizabeth Williams, b. PA c1806. She moved to Burghill, Trumbull Co., Oh 1826, with her family, Joseph Custer, John, George S., and Samuel E. Custer who was b. Hartford Twp., Trumbull Co., 22 Dec 1825. Elizabeth had Amos Custer, b. Brookfield Twp., 2 Jan 1828 and my gr grandfather, Judah Custer, April 1830. I have nothing further back on Elizabeth Williams Custer, but have followed her to 3d m. to John Tribby 1860. They lived in the Conneticut Western Reserve. A Williams purchased the tract originally in Trumbull Co., OH.
