Dear Sharon, and everyone who sent me their money for this book, I have received envlopes from some of you that have asked for my address but not everyones. This is why you haven't received your copies as of yet. I haven't cashed your checks yet either. I didn't want to have to make 3 or 4 special trips to do this coping as I don't make it to town very often. I have contacted everyone who hasn't sent me their coping fees asking them to do so ASAP.
