Hi, Brenda, Since 1908, records of births and deaths in Ohio have been maintained by the Division of Vital Statistics, Ohio Department of Health. You should also be able to obtain a copy of the birth record at the Probate Court of Trumbull County; I visited there and found birth records for which I was looking. I think I paid $1 for each copy.
