Hallo from England, I am looking for anything on James VAUGHN or VAUGHAN, but particularly on his emigration or naturalisation. James emigrated to the USA from South Wales in 1897. He ended up in New Castle, Penn. but is not to be found there before 1920. His son David lived in Niles at least from 1910, and son Ivor lived in Ravenna at least from 1921. James was a tin plate worker, and born around 1855.
