Hello, I'm new to this list and would like to post my area of research. My husband's family from Trumbull Co. are John and Hannah Matthews who migrated from Wales through PA to the Hubbard area of Trumbull Co. Their son William Penn Matthews m. Ellen Rouan abt 1890 in Youngstown and lived there. Their son, William Penn Matthews jr. m. to Josephine Palmiter, a daughter of Luman Palmiter and Margaret Alice Bell. Luman Palmiter was a son of Silas Avery Palmiter and Catherine Deforest Coon who lived in Brookfield, Trumbull Co. and Sandy Lake, Mercer Co. PA.
