She was born 6 Jun 1870 in Jamestown, a dau of ThomasB & Mary Wakefield Bates. Her husband John Runyan died in 1934. A life resident of Kinsman & Jamestown, she was a member of the United Presbyterian Church here. Survivors include a dau: Mary (MrsJohn) Harvey-GreeneTwp; a son: VernR-Mesa AZ; a sis: MrsMana Alexander-Sagerstown; 4 grandchildren, 14 gr grandchildren & 1 gr gr grandson. One dau, 1 son & 3 bros preceded her in death. Service will be held Tues afternoon at McCurdy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kinsman Cem. The family suggests contributions to the building fund of the United Presbyterian Church.
