She was born 27 Jun 1891 in MaysvillePA, a dau of Linus & Mary Dingman Billig, MrsHobart was well-known in Vernon & was a music teacher for many years. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband Rollie Hobart; 3 children: Darrell; Lydia & Pauline-all at home. Service will be conducted Sun afternoon at McLean Funeral Home with RevJ Costigan in charge. Burial will be in Kinsman Cem. OBIT: OH-Warren Tribune 27 May 1969 ROLLA B HOBART: Kinsman; 82, died Mon afternoon in Trumbull Memorial Hosp following a 5 week illness. He was born 12 Apr 1887 in Vernon, a son of Dudley & Lydia Bates Hobart. His first wife Hazel Billig Hobart died in 1936. A lifelong resident of the Vernon-Kinsman area, he was a retired farmer. He was a member of Gustavus Lodge-422 F&AM & Kinsman Grange-2019. Survivors include his wife Katie Reeder Irwin Hobart, whom he married 21 Oct 1942; 3 children: Lydia (MrsWayne) Fisk-Kinsman; Pauline (MrsRoy) Haustman-CypressCA; Darrell-RockmartGA; 4 step-sons: Kenneth, William, George & Allen Irwin; a bro: Albert-Youngstown; 5 grandchildren & 3 gr grandchldren. Two sisters & a brother preceded him in death. Gustavus Lodge will conduct service Wed. Service will be held Thurs afternoon at Baumgardner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kinsman Cem. OBIT: OH-Warren Tribune 22 May 1984 KATIE S IRWIN HOBART: Masury; 97, died Mon morning in O'Brien Memorial Nursing Home. She was born 26 Apr 1887 in VernonTwp, a dau of Harvey & Betsy Meikle Reeder. Her first husband-George Irwin died in 1931; her second husband-Rolla Hobart died in 1969. MrsHobart was the oldest surviving member of the 1906 graduating class of Vernon High School. She was a member of Hartford Community Church, Brookfield Senior Citizens & Kinsman Grange. Survivors include 4 sons: Kenneth Irwin-BeloitWI; William Irwin-Masury; George Irwin-WilmingtonDE; Allan Hobart-Tallmadge; 2 step-daus: MrsLydia Fisk-Kinsman; MrsPauline Haustman-CA; 10 grandchildren & 12 gr grandchildren. A dau, gr granddau & step-son preceded her in death. The funeral will be Wed afternoon at Madasz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Westview Cem-Vernon.
