She was born 30 May 1859 in WSalemTwp, a dau of Andrew & Mary Bates Sponsler. In 1877 she was married to Moses Brockway, who died in 1906. They lived in Orangeville until the death of MrBrockway & since his death MrsBrockway made her home in Pierpont & Vernon. The body will be taken from McCurdy Funeral Home to Waters Funeral Home in Pierpont where funeral services will be held Thurs afternoon. Burial will be in Pierpont. She is survived by a dau: Edna Martin & a son: VanceA Brockway both-Kinsman; 4 grandchildren & 8 gr grandchildren. {Evergreen Cem}
