Lucy HULL was born ca1780 to 1790 I believe, She married Francis H. FOLTZ b: 1779 Switzerland. She may have had a brother, George HULL who would have been born about the same time frame I believe. I have a passage from a Jo Daviess Co, IL History that indicates George HULL and family plus Francis H. FOLTZ w/his wife, Lucy HULL, moved from within OH to Wooster, Wayne, OH in 1813 where Francis and other HULLs participated in the local politics and positions according to Wayne Co., OH records.
