He was the father of Marcia (MrsGeorge) MorarJr-Warren, wife of the Trumbull County superintendent of schools. He was born 6 Apr 1908 in Bridgeport, a son of Harry & Jennie Gamble Dewbeck. A resident here 30 years, he was employed as a machinist by Republic Steel Corp-Warren prior to retiring 2 years ago due to ill health. He was a member of Braceville United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife Marian Betts Dewbeck whom he married in Aug 1934; 2 daus: SueA (MrsEarl) Frank-NewtonFalls; MrsMorarJr-Warren; a sis: MrsJake Fleming-Leavittsburg & 6 grandchildren. Service will be held Wed afternoon at Borowski Memorial Home. Burial will be in Braceville Cem. On 9 Jun 1908, in Kinsman OH, Lee & Ida Curtis Betts welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Marian. Marian was a 1926 graduate of Kinsman High School. In 1934, Marian & CharlesJ Dewbeck were united in marriage. A lifelong area resident, Marian attended the Braceville United Methodist Church & was a member of the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed the time spent with her fellow parishioners working on various church activities. As a homemaker, Marian was able to devote her life to family & friends whom she loved dearly. Cherished memories will be carried on by her loving & caring daughters & son-in-law, Sue Anne (Earl) Frank-BracevilleOH & Marcia Morar-ColumbusOH; her adoring grandchildren, Debra, Patricia, Diane, Thomas, George, Charles & Melanie & her beloved gr-grandchildren, Andrea, Amy, Shannon, Brian, Todd, Derek, Timothy, Kelly, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Jordan, Jake, Jessica & Stephanie. Marian also le! aves her sister-Helen Adams. Preceding Marian were her husband-Charles on 23 Nov 1969; her bros: Glenn Bates & Lee Betts & sis: Janice Elfring & Grace Miller. Service will be Fri, 11 Mar 2005, at the Borowski Memorial Home-Newton Falls, with the RevKay Dunlap officiating. Marian will be laid to rest next to her husband in Braceville Township Cem. The family requests that material tributes be made in Marian's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
