He had been in failing health for several years. MrSisley was born 1 Feb 1877 in Kinsman, a son of Peter & Mary Clark Sisley & was a retired farmer. He was a member of State Line Methodist Church. He leaves a wife Madie Floch Sisley, whom he married Jun 1898; 2 daus: MrsMildred Howell-Warren; MrsArlene Morford-Kinsman; 8 grandchildren & 7 gr grandchildren. Service will be held Fri afternoon at McCurdy Funeral Home in charge of RevRalph Thompson. Burial will be in Kinsman Cem OBIT: OH-Warren Tribune 30 Mar 1970 MADIE M SISLEY: Kinsman; 91, died Sun afternoon in Trumbull Memorial Hosp following a 3 year illness. She was born 18 Aug 1878 in Williamsfield, a dau of William & Ida Fobes Floch. On 8 Jun 1898 she married Leon Sisley, who died in 1954. A lifelong resident of this area, she was a member of StateLine Methodist Church & the WSCS. Survivors include 2 daus: Mildred (MrsIrving) Howell-Warren; Arlene (MrsJohn) Morford-Kinsman; 8 grandchildren & a gr grandchild. Three children: Dorothy, Donald & Rodney preceded her in death. Service will be held Wed afternoon at Baumgardner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kinsman Cem.
