He had been in failing health since he suffered from a stroke some time ago. MrBates had spent nearly all of his life at Kinsman, until he went to Youngstown about 6 years ago to make his home with his dau. He was a member of the MethodistChurch. Survivors are his wife: MrsMary Bates; 1 dau: MrsLeila Allen; 1 sis: MrsJulia Sharpe-Warren & 1 granddau. Service will be held Thurs afternoon at McLean Funeral Home-Kinsman. RevHarold Lohn-Canton, will officiate. Burial will be in KinsmanCem. OBIT: OH-Warren Tribune 18 Aug 1933 MARY L BUSH BETTS: Youngstown-formerly Kinsman; 75, died Thurs afternoon at the home of her dau MrsClaude Allen-Youngstown, after a short illness. She was born {28 Oct 1858} in WilliamsfieldTwp, a dau of John & Julia Leonard Bush & was a member of the MEChurch. Surviving are 1 dau: MrsClaude Allen; 2 bros: Charles-Williamsfield; George-Detroit MI & 2 grandchildren. Service will be conducted Sun afternoon at McLean Funeral Home-Kinsman, withRev Minnick in charge. Burial will be in KinsmanCem.
