HOBART: Kinsman; 82, died Tuesday at his home near Kinsman. Death resulted from infirmities of age. He had been critically ill for the past few weeks. MrHobart was born 15 Sep 1846 at Vernon & spent practically all of his life in this vicinity. Surviving are his wife-Lida Bates Hobart; 4 children: MrsSadie Kellogg-Masury; MrsMay Rudkin-Vernon; RobertC-Youngstown; Rolla-Vernon; 8 grandchildren & 5 gr grandchildren. One son-Bruce, died a year ago. Service will be held Thurs afternoon at McLean Funeral Home. RevCharles Smith will officiate & Kinsman Lodge will conduct its service. {Interment in Kinsman Cem} OBIT: OH-Warren Tribune 18 May 1934 LYDIA BATES HOBART: resident of VernonTwp for 55yrs: 83, died at the home of her son there early today after several months illness. She was born 3 Jun 1850 in Mercer County, a dau of Calvin & Sarah Fry Bates. Surviving are a 3 children: MrsSadie Kellogg-Masury; AC Hobart-Youngstown; RB Hobart-Vernon; 8 grandchildren & 6 gr grandchildren. Service will be conducted Sun afternoon at McLean Funeral Home-Kinsman in charge of Rev HCBurr, with interment in Kinsman Cem.
