The funeral was held from the home Sunday afternoon at one o'clock, Rev. J. Fletcher officiating. Burial was made at East Alamo cemetery. Hiram Hall was born in Summit county, Ohio, March 13, 1828,and was therefore nearly 74 years old at the time of his death. He came to Michigan in 1853, living first in Eaton county and afterward he and his wife moved to Alamo where they lived on a farm until about thirteen years ago. He leaves besides his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Alice Abraham of Alamo and four sons, George of Alamo, Franklin of Kansas, Charles of Bradley and Bird of Oklahoma. All except the last mentioned were with their father at his death. Mr. Hall was a kind and genial man and well respected by all.
