It was the number of homes visited and that was the 184th house. No house numbers were listed on the census for some reason. But it was Terrace Ave. I cannot find him on the 1930 census I did find his naturalization papers which you can get by going to: http://www.cpclerk.co.summit.oh.us/welcome.asp Click to the right on NATURALIZATION RECORDS and scroll down, hit ACCEPT and enter his name. Apparently his wife and children were still in England. They are all listed. He was living at 291 Spicer St. in Akron which is not too far from the Courthouse and very close to the rubber factories.
