We both work at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, Northfeild campus (formerly Western Reserve, formerly Hawthornden). They/We only keep medical records for the past 10 years, after that they are destroyed. Due to HIPA rules and regulations, access to records are very closely guarded. You have to have DNA samples and a note from your Congressman, ok, not quite that bad, but it's close. Contact the Medical Records Dept. for details, but be prepared to be shot down.
