Yea, they aren't going to show old neighborhoods. Like I said before you can always do yahoo maps, type in the address your looking for and click on either Hybrid or Satelite and it will give you an aerial of the location so you can see what buildings and/or homes are still there. IF the home a person is looking for is still there you can always go back to the Summit Co. site and see who owns it now. The only way to get further back is to actually go to the Recorder Dept. and do a title search. But if you find the home is still there, maybe someone on the lists can always do a drive by and take a picture of it for you. In your case however the whole neighborhood is now gone.
