Actually Google Earth is the best for this kind of thing. It can take you to about 900 ft elevation. You can see cars parked in driveways it is so clear. Yahoo doesn't get in as close as you need to. I did 407 W. Cedar and there are still some homes in the area. There appears to be a vacant lot where this aerial focused in on.
