I don't have much history, but I've transcribed the cemetery and taken photographs of many of the stones. The road to the cemetery was washed out back in July when I transcribed it, but it might be repaired today - I'm not sure I haven't been back yet. You can see the photos and transcriptions on my website: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ohiocem/obriencem.htm It's a very peaceful cemetery - in fact, when I walked back to it (I had to park my car near Hudson Rd. and walk about 1/2 mile since the road was out), there were deer grazing right near the entrance. In addition, there's path to a very serene lake at the back of the cemetery. There's also a large porch swing hanging from a tree near that path. Some of the stones are broken, and others are sliding down a small hillside, but many are intact. At the entrance of the cemetery there's a wooden monk who holds flowers. The flowers looked fairly fresh, so Hudson must still maintain the cemetery. In addition, there's a large stone at the entrance which lists each burial, the birth and death for each burial, and the back of the stone shows a plot map. I haven't been able to get a good picture of those maps and listings yet, but I plan to in 2 weeks. If there's someone specific you're looking for, I'll be happy to help. Chris Lindegarde
