On the La Rocque name usually even though they do not have the same name as the people they are living with, they are listed separately in the census. Enumerated with is what they use and NR is non-relative or not-recorded. I have a list of all the abbreviations I obtained from the National Archives in WDC but since I moved I have not come across it. Good luck
