Hi, Oh boy did this bring back memories... My daddy worked for B.F.Goodrich and Firestone. My Mom told me that Main St. in Akron was at one time coated with the rubber stuff....:) and he also brought use home rubber dollars... He got an award as an inventor there too and in the 1940s a $200.00 dollars check was a lot. And also every year it was down town to see the Christmas windows. I've not been home in 30 years.
