You have James' 2nd wife's name wrong. He married Ruth Coburn and they had 3 children, Minerva Ruth "June", Raymond Eugene, and Margery Jane. June died in 1948 but Gene and Margery are still living. James and Ruth divorced and she later married Camillus Dietrick and had Dolores and Gerald, my husband. Ruth just died on June 30 of this year. If you would like to contact me I would be happy to put you in touch with either Gene or Margie if you are interested. The only information I have on James is that he was born April 28, 1899 in Boston, Georgia and died in Jan. 1978 in Stark County, Ohio. I believe Gene took care of the burial etc. James' parents were Augustus Charles or Charles Augustus Milligan and Emma Howell. I do have a little information but not much as it is not my husband's line.
