Include their full names and date of death and that it was in Akron. It is 10 cents for an uncertified copy. Write to: Akron Health Department 177 S. Broadway St. Akron, Ohio 44308 Include a self addressed stamped envelope. The death certificate should give you the date of burial and the cemetary. Hope this helps.
