Surnames: HURLEY, STACKHOUSE Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/DYB.2ACE/1400 Message Board Post: Have found I'm related to Daniel HURLEY, son of James HURLEY, who lived in Akron in the above dates. Daniel also had sisters Mary, Catharine, Julia, and Elizabeth. Elizabeth married Wm. H. Stackhouse circa 1860 - we don't know where. Julia and Catharine never married, and lived with Daniel. Have no information regarding Mary. James and Catharine HURLEY both claimed to be from Ireland in census returns. Other than census returns, where could I look for information regarding the family? (I have Julia's death cert.) Are old maps available, so I could correlate census addresses with nearest churches, etc? Any suggestions very welcome! Thanks, Julie
