......and I am trying to pull something out of my brain from 4th grade history.....Middlebury was there before Akron, as Akron grew, it kinda took over Middlebury and changed it to East Akron.......and something about it being the first place to ever produce sewer pipe......something about the great clay deposits there....and also some great stoneware was produced there....
