They started getting them about 1937 - somewhere around then. So unfortunately Lucinda won't have one since she died in 1920. I would see if you can check with Ohio Vital Statistics or whatever it may be called and search for her birth record. Also Ohio census ... Have you tried for her death certificate in Indiana? If they married in in Indiana have you tried for their marriage record? All these things will have her parents names on them. At least the birth and death info.
