Hi Becky, Seems to me there was (is?) a Anthony Wayne Hotel in downtown Akron. Is that the one to which you are referring? I'm not sure if it is still in operation. Akron has, unfortunately, demolished many of it's historic downtown sites in the name of "Progress"... I live in West Akron and haven't been to the downtown area in quite a while. Be glad to drive by and see if it's still there. The main library should have info abt. it. Regards, Paul
