The S Main St address for the Akron Summit co public library is being rebuilt, enlarged, etc. Their temporary location is on Tallmadge Ave in akron, oh 44310. They will be there at least for another year. The obits for the Akron Beacon Journal are kept there in indexed books, which refer to microfilmed records The genealogist there will do lookups if you give an approximate year of death.
