Arthur is from St. Charles, Michigan. I have photos of Rachel Joanne EVANS which say Akron, Ohio on them. Does anyone recognize these names? I don't know the name of Arthur's wife. Please, if anyone has any information on EVANS' of Akron, Ohio if would be greatly appreciated. Arthurs fathers' name is Noah EVANS and he could have possibly lived with Arthur at some time. I'm guessing they would have been in Akron after 1917. Thank you....
