My gggrandma, Johanna Draheim Denzin migrated to Akron Ohio in 1883. She passed away in Akron 3-18-1886. That is the extent of the information I have. Can someone out there please provide me with any information about her; such as, did she work somewhere, where did she go to church, where did her children attend school (Ida,and Herman), any information at all. I am also interested in the same type of information for her son, Wilhelm and his wife Caroline Pofahl (Pophal). I know they came to Ohio at a later date than she did; but I don't know when. I heard they stayed with Caroline's sister for a while; but I'm not even sure what her name was. I think it was Henrietta Pofahl; but, she may have been married.
