There is an ancestral file submitted by Mrs. Janet L. deVries of Akron, Ohio. She is a sister of Clara Megert. Clara married William G. Immel at Canal Dover 7 Sept 1910. They had no children and William died before Clara. An Immel researcher received some information from Mrs. deVries taken from the Immel family bible. I would like to try and find this bible. Are there any people on the list connected to Clara Megert or Janet deVries? Am wondering if some of the Immel family memorabilia ended up with Clara's family. I found two people on switchboard.com named deVries in Akron. I talked with one this morning and he is not related to Janet deVries. Did not talk to the other deVries and left a message.
