    3. I don't know anything about in Summit Co., but if anyone cares about Hancock County, the Hancock County Board of Elections has the old cards on microfilm. The ones I copied run from 1930 to 1958. I'm quite sure 1930 is the earliest for the cards, at least in Hancock County. Of course, cards continued on after 1958, but that was the end of the second set of cards. I don't know if they were microfilmed after that or not. Other county boards of election may or may not also haved filmed their cards. But it's something to check into. I was thrilled to find signatures! Of course, birthdays and current addresses are also on the cards. Happy hunting. Ann annbrick@turbosurf.net
